Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
